If 80% Can’t Keep a Job, What Does Transition Look Like?

After a short presentation, this hands-on class will start putting together strategies for teaching life skills and life planning, even if your special child is going to stay at home. We will look at a homeschool model that helps prepare these children for their futures. We will also talk about “doing the dad thing”. Being painfully honest is important, as is having realistic expectations. This class is geared towards parents raising kids with Fetal Alcohol, attachment disorder, adoption issues, childhood trauma, or serious behavioral problems.
