THOMAS JOHANN BACH was born in Denmark. He was converted to the Christian faith by gospel tract he received in Copenhagen. He pioneered missions in Venezuela and Colombia for twenty-two years, where he proved himself as a great man of prayer and faith. Chosen to direct TEAM (The Evangelical Alliance Mission), he was dubbed the "Little General," and guided the growth of the mission for 18 years.
