New Theology is centered in 'old liberalism' which accepted rationalistic theology. Cross out the word God and say God is dead. Mystical theologians are trapped. If they say God is dead, how can they have any content about God. Tillich did not pray to God but meditated. Modern man has lost his humanity as well as his concept of God. Modern Theology has become the theology of the 'east' or pan-theism. With the death of God comes the death of man and the evaporation of meaning and hope. This is a theology of words without content.
