Biblical Answers to Man's Dilemma

Why is man so great and yet so awful? He needs a set of absolutes to have morals that rest on the character of God. Man is called on to conform to the character of God as man is made in the image of God. That which does not conform to God's character is immoral or sin. Modern man sees man as a zero and so choices make no difference. Biblical Christianity teaches that man has moral motions even though modern man has no answer as to why something is right or wrong. Modern man has no standards on which to ground his views. Modern man's arbitrary absolutes are philosophical nonsense. Man is great because he CAN make good choices. Man can make the choice to repent of his sin and give Jesus Christ first place in his life and let Christ solve his dilemma on the basis of Christ's death on the cross.
