Kay and Julie Hiramine
Kay Hiramine is the Catalyst for Humanitarian International Services Group (HISG). Kay was born into a first generation Japanese-American home. After graduating in 1986, with a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, he worked for Procter and Gamble, where he was ranked as one of the top national salesman in 1988. Kay has an International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance (IDHA), a globally recognized diploma which was attained in Geneva, Switzerland. Kay was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Philosphy (PH.D) from Kathmandu International University in June, 2010, in the field of Philanthropy. Kay has a distinguished career in the non-profit sector. He has started multiple non-profits and has overseen global initiatives involving millions of people and every country of the world. Kay is one of the founders of Humanitarian International Services Group (HISG), located in Palmer Lake, CO. He has worked with NGOs, IOs, government officials, business leaders and faith based groups in humanitarian activities around the world.
Julie Hiramine is the Founder and Executive Director of Generations of Virtue, a ministry that equips parents to empower their children for purity in our world today. As an internationally noted speaker, author, and Christian leader, Julie has encouraged and impacted parents and teens both in the US and internationally through her speaking and written materials. Julie graduated from Pepperdine University with dual Bachelors' degrees in Non-profit Business Management and Sociology. Julie's background in youth ministry has shaped her into a passionate advocate for raising the next generation to fulfill their God-given destinies.
Kay and Julie homeschool their five daughters in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
