We also provide links for you throughout this article. The store contains over 750 products, including over 2,800 audio files. In addition to some great search tools to help you find what you want, audio samples have been provided with each product. If you are curious about a particular recording, just listen to the sample. The playback controls will be clearly visible next to the product. Click on the play button and position the playback indicator anywhere in the sample.
Past MÂCHÉ conferences: There are over 250 workshop presentations from past MÂCHÉ conferences that have been added to our store. Listen to material from particular speakers you enjoy or receive help for specific needs you might have: encouragement, curriculum guidance, teaching and learning styles, readiness skills, special needs, high school transcripts, organization, and much more. The various "filters" displayed in the left column of the "Store" page help you to easily find the title, topic, or speaker that you want. There is a lot of material already there and, going forward, we will keep adding more from each year’s conference.
Moody Radio: In addition to our own conference workshop audio recordings, MÂCHÉ is offering some great resources from Moody Radio which we are confident that you and your children will enjoy.
There is a variety of content in the MÂCHÉ store aimed at helping you in your homeschooling efforts. Following is a brief description of each:

FRANCIS SCHAEFFERFrancis Schaeffer was one of the foremost philosophers of the 20th century. Many know of him from his book How Should We Then Live: The Rise and Decline of Western Thought and Culture. We have 89 talks given by Dr. Schaeffer in the 1970’s. Schaeffer is not for casual listening; he has heavy material meant for high school students who want to understand the impact that secular worldviews have had on society in the past and will have on it in the future. With titles such as The Christian Answer to Man’s Dilemma, The Non-Christian and His Presuppositions, The Necessity of Non-Christians to be Inconsistent, All People Distinguish Right from Wrong, and Is Man Dead or Alive, this is great material to use as a basis for your young adult doing a research paper. One 20-minute session with Francis Schaeffer can spawn hours of research, writing, and serious dinner conversation. It is important not only to ground our children in the Christian worldview, but to train them on defending it and understanding the impact a non-Christian worldview has on the world we live in today. RANGER BILLRanger Bill was produced by The Moody Bible Institute between 1954 and 1962. Each half-hour episode lets your child live an exciting adventure in the Pacific Northwest with Ranger Bill, Henry, Gray Wolf and Stumpy. Each of the 214 episodes is entertaining while teaching Christian principles. They can be downloaded individually, or they can all be purchased on a data DVD for significant cost savings. Remember the days where radio let you exercise your imagination rather than TV doing all the work for you? Let your children take their imagination for a walk. This is fun material for your child, whether for occasional evening entertainment or for while traveling on a long trip. To see and listen to samples of Ranger Bill, click here. |
SAILOR SAMSailor Sam is also a radio drama produced by the Moody Bible Institute between the 1970s and the 1990s. We have all 37 stories consisting of 422 fifteen-minute episodes. As with Ranger Bill, these stories let your children exercise their imagination. What does Sailor Sam, Buddy, and Nancy look like? What about his schooner, the Porpoise? And as they sail to different parts of the world conducting the science research, what do the foreign lands look like? Listen as a family or allow your child to listen independently. Either way, you can be assured that a Christian perspective is maintained and solid principles are being taught. Want to go to the store to see the various Sailor Sam episodes? click here.
