Man's dilemma is the same as it has always been, "how do you account for man's greatness and his great cruelty"? Actually man has progressed and his cruelty is on a greater scale today than ever before. Two possible answers exist: (1) Man is small or finite and, according to New Theology, is not responsible. Guilt does not exist. or (2) The Bible says man is guilty because he chose to sin and rebel yet he is great because he is made in the image of God. When a man repents of sin and commits his life to Jesus Christ, God does a qualitative change in that man's life. The sin of man is a moral problem, not a scientific or mechanical problem.
