EXHIBITOR WORKSHOP (Bethel University). We live and parent in a digital age. Social media has become a way of life for our teenager. Pew Research reports that 95% of all teens ages 12-17 are now online and 80% of those online teens are users of social media. What impact does social media have? Some suggest social media is linked to anxiety and depression. This workshop will explore potential pitfalls of comparison, pressure, drama, and isolation. In addition, we will discuss practical tips and warn- ing signs.
