Paul Arneberg
Paul Arneberg is the Founder & Director of JUGHEADS Youth Juggling Company, LLC based in Edina, MN. Raised the youngest of five children in Roseville, MN, Paul has made a career out of his life–long passions for words, the performing arts, athletics, good virtues, leadership development, and Christian mentorship—all toward developing the lives of youth. Paul founded JUGHEADS in 1994 and credits his strong Christian faith as the reason for his calling to (and stamina in) youth work. As manager of a year-round older childcare program, Paul began teaching his collegiate hobby to children in grades 4-6. By 1998, his small after school clubs grew to 50 members, and by God’s grace, he turned coaching juggling into a full-time career. In 2004, Wendy Arneberg (Paul’s fellow U of MN alumnus, bride of 26 years, and helpmate in “all things JUGHEADS”) left her corporate job in graphic design to help her husband run the company, by then 120 members strong and expanded to include 3rd-12th graders. JUGHEADS has enjoyed success in 25 annual spring juggling productions; widespread (positive!) media coverage; numerous competitions; local, state and international awards; long-term relationships; and changed lives, perhaps epitomized through our 98 Jugheads who have endured through high school graduation since 2006. www.jugheads.com
